The form asks for five things: your name, email, phone, the service and a short message. The consent box lets the provider contact you about your request.
Once sent, your request goes to a provider in or near Las Vegas. They take it from there. You still get to decide whether to book a consultation and whether to go ahead with any treatment.
Getting ready for the call
When the provider gets in touch, it helps to have a few things handy:
- What you want to ask about, in a sentence or two.
- Days and times that suit you for a consultation.
- Any questions about location, cost or who would perform the treatment.
A licensed provider decides what is suitable at the consultation, and you can decline at any step. Nothing is booked until you agree.
